VISIT VISA TO KUWAIT

First make affidavit from Indian Embassy of your relation with mother/father.

1. Go to Indian Embassy (morning time). Go to left side counter and take typing coupon for KD 1.5. You will then get your token number. 

2. Wait for your turn and go to the typing section (same left side itself). 

Documents required:

Your civil id copy, passport copy (maintain original passport with you), work permit copy (Idnamel), mother's/father's passport copy. 

3. They will then check your documents and  type your form; then they will print it and give you a token number. 

4. Now, go to the right side counter and wait for your turn. At your turn, pay KD 6.5 KD as the affidavit charge and submit the documents there. The person will give you a slip and mention the time when to collect it. (Normally it will be given in an hour's time or so. - Eg: I went at 10 am, did all the above procedure and received it by 12.45pm.)

5. Once you have the affidavit, take it to the liberation tower. Go to 2nd Floor, take a KD 5 stamp and stick it behind the affidavit. 

6. Take your token and wait for your turn. The lady will then stamp it and give you the affidavit. This need to be then signed by another high official sitting at the exit.

7. Now, go to visa typing center, mention that you need visa form typed for visit visa for mother/father. Give your passport, civil id, idnamel and mother/father passport copy.

Important:- Make sure your name is mentioned as the Khafeel and your home address as the address. Sometimes, they will type your company name as the khafeel and give your office address. In this case, the passport office will not accept it. 

8. Now, go with all the documents early morning at 6.30 am itself to your respective Jawazat ( Passport Office), go to the visit visa section and follow the procedure. The staff from the passport office will tell you where to go.

9. You will get your visa in an hour's time. 

(Keep KD 3 stamp with you, this will be pasted on the visa paper when you receive, then they will sign and stamp on it.) 

10. Congratulations on the visit visa! Now treat yourself with a shawerma and coke!
